Regular servicing and maintenance of extraction systems and equipment increases their lifespan and reliability, and reduces the financial and operational shocks of equipment failure. As your servicing partner we’re here on hand when you need us.


Emergency Breakdown Callout

We offer an emergency breakdown service to non-contract clients to get you back up and running quickly. There is a fixed payment for callout and initial labour costs plus any further parts and labour costs associated with any necessary repairs.

We will assign the closest technician to your site at the earliest opportunity and accept card payments for non-contract clients.


Canopies and Extraction

Let us take care of your extraction and canopy installation, maintenance and cleaning. Regular inspection and cleaning ensures your system operates at maximum efficiency and in full compliance with the latest Health and Safety regulations.


Service Contracts

Our servicing and maintenance contracts ensure your equipment is regularly checked and reduces the need for emergency callouts. Through regular inspections we can identify essential repairs or replacements in advance, enabling efficient and timely planning of works.

After agreeing the list of the equipment to be covered at each location we will provide you a quote for an Annual Service Contract including a discounted callout rate and additional labour costs fixed for the duration of the contract. Once agreed, we will carry out the service, identify any remedial works required, and  provide a cost breakdown.

As a Service Contract client you will also benefit from a discounted Priority Callout Service and we will have a technician on site by the end of the next working day. Should equipment be beyond economical repair or not compliant with the latest Health & Safety regulations, we will discuss the most cost effective solutions and can supply and install the new equipment at the earliest opportunity.


Handovers and After Sales Support

We test every aspect of any new kitchen equipment installed prior to handover and provide full training in the operation of any appliances and ventilation and extraction system installed.

In addition, we provide an excellent After Sales Service to deal with any queries once the kitchen is operational and provide a service and maintenance team for your new equipment.
