Hygienic Wall Cladding Installation
BioClad® only supply their wall cladding via a handful of fully trained and accredited Elite Installers, including the Eric Neville team. This is to ensure a high quality installation to match their top-of-the-range product.
Eric Neville are based in Shrewbury, Shropshire but can install UK wide.
Suitable Substrates
When we survey your premises, we will let you know whether your existing wall surfaces are suitable for installation, but suitable substrates include:
- 12.5mm plasterboard
- Mechanically fixed plywood
- Sand and cement render 1:3 steel trowel finish
- Dust free, good quality fair faced brick or block
- Securely bonded ceramic tiles
- 9mm (minimum) WBP resin bonded to substrate
Note that surfaces must be degreased before installation.
Joints and Corners
The wall cladding panels can be joined with matching joining strips, or can be hot or cold welded for a seamless finish.
The panels can also be thermoformed to fit neatly into corners, allowing for easy cleaning.
Colours
BioClad® hygienic wall panels come in a matt or gloss option, and have a wide range of colours to choose from including white, pastels, and vivid shades.
